There are a number of reasons why it seems to me like the fight is more with our employers than our government, but this is an example of one. There is zero rationale for this vote, other than to undermine worker interests.

Bothe have been in the Republicans pockets all of Bidens term, and the Republicans pockets, taking money. How Sinema went from having thousands on her entry to the Senate to, now being a millionaire, Manchin just added to his millions. Both knew they wouldn't be reelected by their voters.
