Lovely illustration for the refreshing 'Kaze no Tani' ( Valley Of Wind ) beer that I enjoyed during my Ghibli Museum visit last spring. The bottle totally weighed down my luggage but yeah, I lugged it all the way home.

Image boards (イメージボード) are equivalent to concept art or style frames, and not unique to Ghibli productions. For my film #Tekkonkinkreet art director Shinji Kimura hand-painted a series of ~50 postcard-size Poster Colour image boards evoking our visual direction. (Not to put us on same level😬)
