Completely forgot how much I enjoyed The Birdcage. Until we rewatched it tonight. I had remembered how good all the actors were. But I'd forgotten how many totally wholesome scenes there are built in to wash away the awkwardness. And the villain isn't defeated, he's taken into the fold. Masterpiece!

Wildlife list today: Osprey talking, 2 eagles shoulder to shoulder, coyote, elk, kestrels, red tails hawks, a horned owl, and a pair of barred owls talking in the trees in the dark. There were also snowballs, a 5 yr old went sledding, some cherry garcia ice cream, and music throughout the day. Win!
