Found out I’ve been transferring providers to the wrong number when they need to call back in the queue. Instead of transferring to the IVR, I’ve been transferring them to provider services for the insurance companies. This is only supposed to be done if they’re in a state we don’t cover. Oops. 😬

Definitely not! I do not remember them going over this in training but I was out a few days so probably missed it. Just glad I asked before I got marked down on a call for transferring to the wrong place.

But the day did get a little bit better. I was notified by Popeyes that I had expiring reward points and it was enough that I could get a free tenders combo (blackened chicken for the win!) I did have to order something else to get delivery but it was worth it.
