I’ve actually already paid for it. I saw the X-rays. The bone loss is so easy to see. I’m honestly surprised that I haven’t had more teeth falling out.

A second opinion is not a bad idea. Even if it can save some teeth. Pulling all of them is a very intense life changing moment that you cannot reverse if there was another option.
