it's all about the context! it reduces the cognitive burden on the players and DMs alike and this is a really good usecase for it

the other half, choosing whether the truth blade actually has weight to object a statement is can be aided by this, but ultimately the DM and players have the last word

because the idea is to make such a complex and scripted dynamic work almost like in the game while retaining the snappiness of the players in situations and suchlike

frankly. this is just a thought experiment attempt for me to "video-gamify" roleplaying experiences because that's all I have experience with, I've never been able to experience physical roleplaying with all of its freeform

but, even that has a set of rules to follow, so maybe i'm not too crazy
