How many letters from therapists and doctors are required to have children? Zero.
How many letters from therapists and doctors are required for trans people to get care via insurance? Two. Per surgery. And the letters expire a year after writing, for some reason.

I'm uncomfortable with this quiet.
I live near a Space Force Base and an international airport, on a flight path for the airport.
But planes don't seem to be flying overhead anymore.
The absence is deafening.
