If my therapist said something like that and meant it I would have carried on paying for sessions.

If you've got a client who's done this, tell them to destroy the letters or any notes they've made. Used by the prosecution in Letby and the prosecution are currently using Notes of this kind in a case I'm involved in at the moment.
