He's not even maintaining the illusion of ModRetro and Anduril being separate entities, with this. At least before, you could say "well, if I bought a Chromatic, that PROBABLY wouldn't fund bombing a village into the ground, just more ModRetro stuff". Personally enriching a gun-runner, aside.
