Ooit wekte het verontwaardiging op als zoiets naar buiten kwam. Een journalist stortte zich erop, het werd in alle toonaarden ontkend, maar tenslotte werden verantwoordelijken aangewezen, carrières beëindigd.

Als ongedocumenteerd zijn strafbaar is, wordt de drempel om hulp te zoeken voor slachtoffers van mensenhandel nog hoger dan die nu al is.
Zo wordt er hard gewerkt aan het creëren van een volledig rechteloze, vogelvrije onderklasse, die naar hartelust economisch en seksueel uitgebuit kan worden.

Het rapport is niet eerder naar buiten gebracht omdat NGO's die de Israëlische wandaden niet onder het tapijt vegen er van worden beschuldigd 'Hamas' te zijn en hun registratie kwijtraken.
De wreedheid van het Israëlische regime kent geen grenzen en ze kunnen gewoon hun gang gaan.

Hier en daar wordt de loftrompet gestoken over de ‘harde’ woorden van het kabinet over de bonus voor KLM topvrouw Rintel, maar dat is onterecht: ook deze coalitie stelt geen wetgeving voor die zulke bonussen aan banden legt.
