I'm going to side with the word experts on this that the terms are interchangeable "at least in North America. And this has been true since around the middle of the 20th century."

As we sit here waiting for our own president to give us ultimatums or suffer the consequences. We've seen some of it, but when he runs out of countries to terrorize, he'll turn on us just like he has others.
