Granted, it's the only triptan I tried, but doc said it had less side effects. Mine was also in relation to menstrual migraines (idk if that could apply to you). But as soon as I get the feeling, take 1, & it kicks in about an hr. With insurance + goodrx I get it for >$30 at CVS if in U.S. 1/

Ultimately swapping BC reduced monthly migraines overall, but triptan was there prior & helped me a lot. Cut migraine time in half, & I never endured worse symptoms than what I described. Hope you can find better relief soon 🙏 it took me 5 yrs of suffering to find a solution I can live with 2/2.
