The money you need to live is suddenly stolen by someone else.
That's the risk of PayPal, and what's more, it's done haphazardly, at the whim of the other party.

Seen this issue happend to some other artist friends, paypal is truly unreliable, you should try to email them and see what can be arranged, for the time being, there is some alrnative that operate internationally...though its still a pain in the ass needing to change everything, i hope you are okay
