Tactical voting calls have proven to lead to lower voter outcomes with the hardliner party gaining more traction as they don't disperge nor stay home, and as other votes get more dispersed than concentrated it works complete the opposite way

It seems to have worked in recent by-elections & possibly in the last general election. You need the information to know which party is best to vote for to keep Reform out. In my Tory borough, voting my preference (Green) will only help Reform. Voting Tory will hurt a lot, but my councillors are OK
