Honestly the lawyers totally biffed this. How is this man's WIFE not on the lawsuit. How was she not called as a witness. It's one of the few things said that is defamatory per se FOR HER if false, but they're so focused on how it makes this sad cop feel they fail to bring the real claim.

To get super meta. AfroMan saying he fucked this guy's wife is a non-literal statement about the guy, not the wife.

He can't say it's true because he'd stroke out admitting it. He can't say it's false because look at him testifying in court about whether his wife fucked Afroman.
