I used to dislike them, but I let them bloom because the bees need an early abundant food source, then I mow them before the go to seed.

I use to hate them and actually hurt my elbow after hours of pulling them out!

Following year ,yard covered in them.

Bested by dandelions!!😳

I've just given up and take solace in knowing they benefit the bees!πŸŒΌπŸπŸ˜†πŸ˜‚

Nature will win in the end. I gave-up pulling them a few years ago for the very same reasn.

They are mostly annoying when they go to seed, can pull them out then.

If you don't get the whole tap root, where there was one crown, you now have multiple. I found that using a fishing filet knife, I can insert the blade deep next to the tap root and cut it off where it is very difficult to regrow and this takes little effort ant the tap root comes out easily.
