One way we could solve this problem is to stop contracting everything out to the lowest bidder. Those people could instead be state employees with good salaries, good benefits, and employment protections.

They provide so much service to the sports industry that makes billions in profit every year.

It shouldn't be considered profit if your employees have to have government assistance. Fair wages and balanced profits keep the people who -make the money- able to work and participate in the economy.
