If they were deciding based on anything other than rule-of-law, what difference does it make that they were Obama's?

The Reich-wing resorts to that kind of argument because it undermines rule-of-law. Fear, uncertainty and doubt leave voters with only blind faith to cling to.

It may feel good to punch back with similar sophomoric arguments, but it undermines the foundation we need to build rule-of-law.
