Rule-of-law only exists when laws apply equally to everyone. It cannot co-exist with prejudice and privilege.

Every POTUS since Truman has supported the Palestinian Genocide. Rule-of-law would have had every one of them stand trial for it.

ICE would have no immunity for its ongoing Genocide in America.
