Went through it years ago - the union diverted our rent into escrow until they fixed heat and hot water.

I loved making them feel the pain, even though they got the money in the end. Having already taken them to court, it was much easier to get back my deposit when I broke the lease to move. LFG

We're trying to force our administration to draft an internal regulation, to force some abusive tenants into adopting some form of civility towards their fellows.

If it works, the other tenants will join us to try and force this admin to do things they've been ignoring for a long time.
