Clarification: Israel has specifically continued to attack Lebanon, and the big disagreement is if Lebanon was supposed to be part of the ceasefire. Pakistan and Iran argue that it is, while US-Israel say it isn’t.

Iran said it would agree to a ceasefire based on 10 points one of which was explicitly lebanon.

If Lebanon wasn't part of the ceasefire, then there never was a ceasefire.
