They still can’t find the source of my cancer. I’ll be undergoing numerous tests in the coming days. It was confirmed it has metastasized, so that’s depressing.

I think at this point, that was a pretty safe bet, so I'm sure it's not new information, but having it confirmed dashes any hope it was just a really bad localised cancer. It's a special kind of awful to hear that (I assume, from having gotten the opposite news on each of my two so far).
