They are human trafficking people. These are not deportations. They are done without due process which is illegal. Trafficking is moving people across state lines illegally. Call it what it is. Change their narrative.

The only people who don't give die process are people that know they can't prove their claims. If they thought these people were gang members they would have made a big deal out of a hearing proving how horrible they were.

Well, he's not exactly innocent. He has been under a deportation order since 2019, he was deemed a probable gang member by the judge. The judge did order him not to be deported to his native country, El Salvador - which, of course is what the Administration did.

From what I have read the maladministration is disclaiming jurisdiction now that they are out of the country. Plus if it requires a habeas corpus petition (a little vague right now) it may have to be in a jurisdiction (5th District Court) that is hostile to granting habeas to these petitioners.
