Shouldn't all of them be flown back to whatever US detention spot they were in? So they can file habeas corpus under the corrupt SC decision yesterday.

From what I have read the maladministration is disclaiming jurisdiction now that they are out of the country. Plus if it requires a habeas corpus petition (a little vague right now) it may have to be in a jurisdiction (5th District Court) that is hostile to granting habeas to these petitioners.
