My apartment agent kept insisting on me living near all the bars and clubs. I don't think I look like an alcoholic. But I told him alcohol is too expensive and I can't dance. I'd also rather not have rowdy drunks outside my front door every weekend. I meet people through my interests.

Irving Park and Avondale are fantastic for food, not super sure about shopping though but good busses and train access, and plenty quiet~
