I have been working on configuring SSH certificates for a couple weeks, and for no discernible reason, it just wasn't working.
Nothing in the logs. Only some unhelpful errors and warnings.
I finally noticed that in one config line, I had "/etc/user_ca" instead of "/etc/ssh/user_ca".

I had to; I started back in pre-release, and I had about 150 runs. This led to a few teensy-tiny bugs after release.
I got soft-locked and couldn't do some things.
