Well it’s not time to throw out the baby with the bath water. Stuff like that has to be fixed of course, and I’m very sorry that happened to her. But that doesn’t mean that the program is fundamentally flawed, in case I wasn’t clear

To obtain SSDI funds when truly in need one shouldn’t have to wait a year for approval. She had a brain tumor. Stage 4 and everything.

It’s unacceptable how long it takes.

Went through same thing with brother-in-law. He lived to get the payments. But the process was a nightmare. Medicaid is worse. At least where I went. It’s the BENEFIT that’s good but the service that’s not always. That’s what they need to fix- not destroy everything.
