A) shmura matzah is more burnt and tastes of it

B) the Manischewitz kind is cooked in under 18 minutes as well (it says on the box)

C) there is also not-kosher-for-passover matzah and it tastes less burnt so I assume they take longer to make it. I'm confused *why* they make it, but it exists

(Why do I know what the other kind of matzah tastes like? Because my spouse also didn't realize that non-kfp matzah exists and they were doing the shopping and I didn't want to throw it out.)

(Come to think of it, that was also the last year I could eat gluten or oats, so that's going to be the last matzah that I'm ever going to eat. That's kinda sad.)

matzah is good! i’m not jewish but i sometimes impulse-buy a box during passover so i can have it with butter and jam

this year i’m gonna make some of it into meal and try my hand at veggie matzah ball soup

the non-kosher kind might be even tastier though, maybe that’ll be the next box
