This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)

first you're a lifesaver and deserve all praise!

it seems that it hasn't been rolled out for everyone yet, so perhaps we should keep our eyes peeled for any changes in the settings. at least i cant see the option yet

Anonymous invoicing, no direct link between the client, or type of work, etc.

Keep your invoice items minimal. "Sketch", "Painting", etc. Doesn't need elaboration. I don't think you need to go as far as omitting the word commission entirely but at this point who knows. Make sure you've got the terms and conditions box filled out with /something/ too

Some accounts just don't have this rolled out.
I have a separate business paypal for a different project, which can disable feedback. My main business account is older but it cannot.
I'll append this comment if I find the solution.
