I listened as soon as I posted, and realized that I heard their version many times before on our playlist at work. Sorry, I stand by my original assessment. FWIW The Lumineers have songs that I don't think others should touch, either.

To each there own. The original is great, don't get me wrong, but for me, the Lumineers turned a great song into a masterpiece! It is my favorite song for many reasons but mainly the lyrics which I do have attribute to The Talking Heads.
