I dunno...Claude seems programmed to treat me like an idiot, bordering on narcissism in its responses to my questions, until I point out it made a crucial error five responses back that negates everything else its said. Then it reverts to robot speak as if it were never programmed otherwise.

If you mean me to it, no, no "mansplaining". Just pointing out it decided to assume the wrong function in a line of code which causes a domino effect of failures, which for whatever reason turns it back into the glorified chatbot it is.
