Yep! That's why I have the UK site listed. The US site only lets you submit a complaint when logged in via their messaging option. Absolutely terrible

It didn't even let me do it logged in, seems the AI chat bot is the method, absolute trash interface

That's what I meant by the messaging option - you have to go through there to get to a real person (if you can manage). Its absolute nonsense that we have to go through a site based in a different country just to lodge a complaint
