Had 3 and a half hours added to my commute to Dublin office today. Got to Tara street this morning, just needed to cross over to Custom house qauy and couldnt. Had to retrace my steps, find safe parking and get dart back in. On way home the m11 was blocked between loughlinstown and the shankill.
