Hi.

Iโ€™ve been editor-in-chief of Teen Vogue for the last 4.5 years โ€” a dream job, one I never thought a Brown girl from small town Louisiana might hold.

I am so incredibly proud of the work weโ€™ve done and what we accomplished. Our journalism has won major awards. (contโ€™d)

Hi Versha. I am just an ordinary guy from the north of the UK and even I had become aware of the political integrity and competence of the journalism of Teen Vogue and could trust whatever you were reporting. Sad to see it go.

You and your colleagues have been amazing. Your reporting has spread far and wide. Definitely went beyond usual Vogue reader.

It was informative, well written. Incisive and fearless.

Hope there are still media organisations in USA that share these values

Teen Vogue was some of the best in-depth reporting that was happening. Period. We are all diminished.

I canโ€™t send anyone anything else this month, but I want you to say I am in my 40s snd was always pleasantly surprised by the quality of your teamโ€™s work, given the periodical name. You guys crushed it. Your team is honestly better than the big names and your loss will be felt.

Teen Vogue was a heavy hitter the last few years. The oligarchy strikes again.

We put diverse faces and bodies on our covers, explored everything from sustainability in fashion to the fight for abortion rights, and sought to empower and elevate people changing the game across industries. We tell stories that no one else does, because we understand the power of being seen.

What is this power of being seen? It certainly good for the capitalist marketing or sometimes it isn't. But what does it do in structure in effect and in honesty? What is diversity? And why is it repeated as mantra

Reading all of your messages of support and love for the brand and the stories + visuals we produced makes my heart soar, and I know the team feels the same way.
Iโ€™m so grateful for every opportunity, every chance to speak with young people, to give them their first byline or first major shoot.

The world needs a non-Nast filtered voice, and your team has a solid network still.

This could be the time to start a new Magazine.

I love TV, even though I'm not the target. I worked in beauty, and at every opportunity, I would push for TV to be included in mktg plans. After this shameful decision from CN, I canceled my vogue and GQ subs which I've had for 40+ years. I can't support this company. Give CN the Target treatment.

Excellent work, Teen Vogue! Like Sassy before you, you told the stories about young women that everyone else ignored. We will remember.

I loved reading your teamโ€™s articles in Teen Vogue. As someone with a background in journalism, it was always a bright light in a dank media landscape, filled with hacks, stenographers and corporate lackeys. Wishing you all the best from Australia.
