How much is $64 billion divided by the population? And when will I see that money in my bank account?

I know for a fact the last one is false. Those people were in record but no checks were being sent out.

I decided to do the math myself. That's $188. Every american if that money is returned will get not even $200. And yet I'm not seeing it in my bank account.
