Walking into a hornets’ nest here … from distance Platner appears more likely than Mills to win seat Dems MUST win, he’s younger, he’s not privileged elite. Those weigh heavily in his favor. Are they outweighed by evidence of his character? I don’t know enough but understand why progressives split.

Thank you. Read it and learned a lot. Says “likely” he knew meaning of his tattoo but evidence of that seems thin. Several other suppositions. Does sound like he got financial support along the way, and that he’s had down periods. He’s no Mamdani for sure. Did I mention it’s a MUST win seat?
