Nice call with Cabo Verde. That's given me an idea: how many Caribbean countries could we get do you think?

I always found Cabo Verde fascinating, I'd like to visit.

The only EU rule I know besides the democracy ones is no capital punishment, but that only excludes Jamaica, Cuba, and some of the Lesser Antilles.

Oh and the Bahamas. But hey bring in the Dominican Republic and some of the little Francophone ones!
