This gets funny when the scammer claims they sell the rights to artwork to companies such as "Samsung, Oxford, iPhones etc"... and there's government officials involved?
So I ask him which pieces he'd want to acquire, to see if he'd come up with a reason for "iPhones" wanting weird horror.
