Potentially (being honest, I only heard about those here in the US yesterday), but regardless, as those laws are in direct opposition to the US constitution (freedom of speech and all that), those laws shouldn't be allowed to go through and should be fought tooth and nail.

They've existed for a long time though. It's just that they haven't been tested as much in the internet age.

Not saying I disagree, I just think there's a much longer chain here than people realize

Hence "should be fought tooth and nail". That doesn't only apply to new laws. And if they're being tested, we need to do what we can to make this a failure of that testing. The fact that adult content has existed and been sold online for so long without this should set precedence for it continuing.
