9pm Ballarat train is PACKED - fuel crisis biting hard already.

States need to start implementing increased services to meet the need and ensure people can access transport alternatives to driving.

Not immediate solution, but extending the Metro service to Melton needs to get delivered.

Ballarat evening trains are usually jammed even at the best of times, the fact that so many run as 3-car services doesn't help. Must be pretty awful now.
