Yes! I once went to an anti-Trump
protest that just popped up- he was coming to my area for a private fundraiser. I left work and ran over there. I had NOTHING, but someone loaned me a sign.

Most protests will have signs available for people who didn't bring one. Look for sign-making stations too.
