The fascists have not yet destroyed the law. Please do not concede it to to them. Demand that they follow it.

The law is not magical but it does hold power and we would be fools to give it up.

Hold them accountable, fully, /under the law/. It is not merely our right but our duty.

What would you call it when the fascist Supreme Court rules that Trump cannot commit crimes in his official duties? Or that ICE can racially profile people and demand their papers (4th Ammendment violation)?

Either the Court is illegitimate or the laws themselves are unjust.

Damage. Perversions. Not destruction. The rulings of the courts still constrain them however. Imperfectly of course but they still do. Kilmar Abrego Garcia is free at this moment if you're searching for an example. They seek to destroy the law, let's not do their work for them.

I am in favor of the Rule of Law. I want the strongest laws and the most strict adherance.

But we currently live in a lawless land, where "laws" are a tool of tyrany that apply only to enemies of the regime.

To build a nation of Laws, first there will need to be Justice.
