And a small percentage of rapists are ever convicted. It's called rape culture for a reason. It's systemic. Expecting it to work ever, let alone for a member of congress is pretty ridiculous

Yep. I think survivors should generally make their own justice. It's the only justice they'll ever see, since the police are not legally obligated to protect us and most of them are abusers.
