As long as it’s “fight” and not “argue.” Plenty of IT guys argue. When someone downloads a virus, I want an IT guy to go Bruce Lee on that person.

They’re the victim tho they need to be calmed and educated. I crush their hard drive in front of them to let them know it’s okay.
