Nah you're a weird outlier and it's probably your fault

I'll admit to being weird. But I'm not in favor of giving an organization more money when it can't fulfill its basic duties. I'm not going to do business with the USPS and I have arranged for Amazon to never use it for shipments to me, even if that means they can't ship an item to me at all.

Sounds like a you problem, because myself and countless others have never had the issues you claim to be dealing with
