They do that to verify your identity. When you change your address if the billing zip code matches then you won't have to come in and verify identity.

Has never mind that first response 🥴

His was tricky bc he had three different addresses (two previous moving to one), so the billing address only matched one of the addresses, but it seemed to work out. With me complaining the whole time about $1.25 😏
