How are trans pple a driving risk? (They are not.) Ask them who’s next? Choose any group & call them “at risk” for accidents. People with diabetes? People with mental health diagnoses? People who drive a red car? What’s to stop them?

This isn't about them being a driving risk, otherwise they could get their licenses back as they are with a simple driving test. It's about the state forcing their idea how they think you should be seen upon you, which is why you need to get a new license with gender marker changed.

Fully understand. *And* if they can remove driving privileges with no proven risk, they can do it to anyone. That’s the argument for pple who don’t see the danger to themselves.
