People are needlessly moralizing screen time. I have a computer job, read books on my phone, watch shows on a tablet, play games on my PC. It adds up! Is it worse than pushing paper and watching TV each night? I don't think so.

Exactly. Not to mention, a lot of that can be done on your phone. I prefer a laptop of pc for some of that, but if you don't have the space or anything, it's right there.
