Just a quick thought, since watching the new video and your comment on how you don't like the hard tack. You should make the Danish version. That one actually tastes pretty nice and has nice texture compared to the one you made.

We just finished watching it was a lot of fun! My wife has the click-click as her notification noise we laughed our heads off seeing the old friend a lot. From your cookbook, Yuanxiao, I found black walnuts are not my cup of tea. But still was several things I probably never would have experienced.
