Israel doesn't seem to "struggle" with keeping ceasefires so much as it seems to believe that a ceasefire is just permission to sucker punch the other side. Hey, are we negotiating? Cool, let's assassinate the other side's negotiators as a sign we are negotiating in good faith. Come on, man.

Well, the other actor is US which Pearl harbored Iran twice during negotiations and unilaterally pulled out of an agreement that Iran was in compliance with. This isn't the hill to die on mate.
